Give your pup a vacation of their own! Our home-style dog boarding includes 3,000 sq. ft. of play space, a fully fenced yard, plenty of playtime, and lots of cuddles.

We keep Pack Parents in the loop with daily photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your pup is having a tail-wagging good time.

For bedtime, pups can choose free-roam or crate sleeping—whatever makes them most comfortable.

For everyone’s safety, all boarding dogs must complete at least two daycare days before their stay so we can make sure they’re comfortable in our pack environment.

Boarding Specifics

Boarding includes a 24-hour period from drop-off. Any time over 24 hours will be charged as an additional half or full daycare day, depending on the extra time.

Drop-off and pick-up must fall within our regular client hours.

Holiday Rates

A holiday rate of $10/night applies on all statutory and federal holidays, including the surrounding weekends. This includes:

April 3 - 6 (Easter)
May 16 -18 (Victoria Day)
July 1 (Canada Day)
August 1 - 3 (Civic Holiday)
September 5 -7 (Labour Day)
October 10 - 12 (Thanksgiving)

Overnight Dog Boarding FAQ

What are your boarding requirements?
All boarding dogs must meet our regular daycare requirements and have up-to-date Rabies and DHPP vaccines. Dogs must also successfully complete a temperament test and attend at least 2 daycare days at Hot Diggity Dogs. This helps us get to know your pup and make sure they’re comfortable in our environment before their overnight stay.

How does boarding work?
Your pup stays with us at our Bark Mansion, where they get plenty of supervised playtime, attention and cozy downtime throughout their stay. At night, dogs sleep in their own free-roam area with a comfy bed and fresh water. We do not crate dogs unless specifically requested or discussed with their Pack Parent.

Can my dog board if they’ve never been to daycare?
Not quite! All dogs must complete a temperament test and attend at least 2 daycare days before boarding. This gives your pup a chance to become familiar with our staff, routines and environment before their overnight stay.

Do you accept puppies for boarding?
Yes! Puppies must meet our regular daycare requirements, have up-to-date Rabies and DHPP vaccines, successfully complete their temperament test, and attend at least 2 daycare days before they can board.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
You’ll need to provide your dog’s food and any medications they require. We provide the rest, including bowls, beds and fresh water.

Can you give my dog medication?
Yes! We can administer most medications as long as they are clearly labelled and detailed instructions are provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to administer medications that require syringe injections.

What are your boarding pickup and drop-off hours?
Boarding pickup and drop-off is available during our regular hours:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Please note that Bark Bus transportation is also available for eligible boarding stays.
