Important Notes for Daycare and Boarding. These policies do not apply to Grooming.

• We're unable to accept any intact pooches over 7 months as it can disrupt the pack.

• All new pups must complete a complimentary temperament test before booking daycare or boarding.

• All new boarding pups must attend at least two daycare days prior to boarding.

• We do not accept any breeds or mixes from the list provided below

Breed Tendencies & Daycare/Boarding Compatibility

At Hot Diggity Dogs, safety and well-being always come first. While all dogs are good dogs, not every dog thrives in a large, free-roam group daycare environment.

Some breeds were developed for guarding, protection, or herding, and their natural instincts can make group daycare stressful or unsafe. For this reason, we do not accept new dogs from the following breeds or mixes that include them:

Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Dogo Argentino, American Bully / XL Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, English Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Akita, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Chow Chow, Shiba Inu, Great Pyrenees, Anatolian Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Tosa Inu, Dogo de Bordeaux, Kangal, Akbash, Japanese Tosa.

This policy ensures a calm, safe, and happy environment for all dogs in our care. If you’re unsure whether your dog fits our program, we’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis.
